For our client, one of the leading Swiss service providers in the field of pension fund management with around 90 employees, we are looking for a clear and accounting personality as a senior accountant foundation accounting. In this responsible role, you take on the independent support of autonomous pension funds in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for you!
This is your job
- Finance & Securities: Responsibility for the autonomous management of financial and securities accounting including the secondary books for assigned pension funds.
- Financial statements: Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER 26 and ensuring coordination between technical administration and financial accounting.
- Interface & Audit: Close, cross-divisional exchange with management as well as customer support and first contact person for the external audit office.
- Digitalization: Active participation in process optimization, driving forward digital initiatives and designing in internal working groups.
This is what you bring with you
- Training: Completed fiduciary training, financial and accounting certificate or equivalent qualified training.
- Experience: several years of in-depth experience in accounting and absolute balance sheet and balance sheet security (ideally in the environment of pension funds or insurance companies); Swiss GAAP FER 26 knowledge is a clear advantage.
- IT skills: Experience in dealing with large amounts of data, very good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with the ERP system Abacus.
- Personality: An analytical mindset, an exact and structured way of working and an open, optimistic nature with a high sense of responsibility.
