Main responsibilities
- Independent management of the Migrol Auto Service Station.
- The operation includes a gas station, a car repair shop, a serviced car wash and a small kiosk
- You set up your own company and operate the station with your own capital and on your own account in the franchise system
- Responsible for the operational management of the site
- Goal-oriented leadership and promotion of your team including independent recruitment
- Ensuring the implementation of the car wash and workshop concept and compliance with standards
- Responsible for attracting new customers as well as business results, turnover and costs
- Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of health, safety and hygiene regulations
- Achieve or exceed through good cooperation with the headquarters Your agreed budget targets Requirements
