- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of lessons (various self-defense formats: adults, adolescents, women, girls, children, and adults)
- Practice-oriented lesson design according to adult education criteria
- Proven teaching experience in adult education
- Completed basic or further training in martial arts or self-defense
Main responsibilities
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of lessons (various self-defense formats: adults, adolescents, women, girls, children, and adults)
- Practice-oriented lesson design according to adult education criteria
- Lesson structure taking into account the different prerequisites of the course participants
- Regular consultation with your contacts in the Klubschule administration Participation in further training Requirements
- Proven teaching experience in adult education: in the relevant subject area or in a comparable function
- Completed basic or further training: instructor in a Swiss martial arts association, self-defense trainer, proof of pedagogical activity with children.
- Proof of activity in adult education.
- Customer-oriented, well-groomed, and courteous appearance
- Independent, flexible, and reliable personality
- Conveying specialist knowledge in a varied, participant-oriented, and goal-oriented manner while sparking enthusiasm
Key requirements
- Proven teaching experience in adult education
