Full description
Balgrist University Hospital is one of the most renowned orthopaedic clinics in Switzerland with an affiliated centre for paraplegia and international recognition. To complement our anesthesiology secretariat, we are looking for an established, committed and reliable person with a medical background. In this versatile role, you take on an important organizational and coordinative role within anesthesiology and work closely with various internal and external interfaces.
Tasks
- Planning and coordination of the anesthesiological consultation in close cooperation with our medical team
- Securing the medical documentation required for anesthesiological assessment
- Independent collection of missing medical reports and findings and coordination of pending consultancies
- Active participation in the optimization and further development of administrative processes and processes
- Administrative and organisational support for research projects
- General secretarial tasks for anesthesiology and intensive care
- Administrative support for assistant chief physician
- Written and oral correspondence with patients as well as internal and external contacts
Requirements
- Completed training as medical practice assistant (MPA), health specialist (FaGe) or medical secretary with professional experience and in-depth medical expertise
- Teamwork as well as appreciative and professional manners
- Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation
- Openness to change and willingness to actively shape new processes and workflows
- Strong organisational talent as well as structured, reliable, independent and forward-looking working methods
- Stylistic German and French in word and writing, English and other languages are advantageous
- Good PC user knowledge and safe handling of digital work equipment
- Completed GCP course or willingness to complete it
