Work in an exciting and versatile environment: The Clinic for Medical Oncology and Hematology combines highly specialized patient care, modern diagnostics, teaching and international research under one roof. Together with our interdisciplinary teams, we make an important contribution to patients and the medical future every day.
Their main tasks
- Writing outpatient and inpatient reports by dictate and submission
- Processing of reporting and legal service requests
- Processing of cost languages
- Handling of day-to-day business (phone calls, post, e-mails)
- Ordering
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Deputy within the Secretariat
Your profile
- Completed training as MPA, medical secretary:in or commercial training with further training as medical and hospital secretary:in
- Professional experience in a similar function beneficial
- Independent, team-capable and reliable personality
- Friendly appearance and efficient, thinking workflow
- Stylistic German and English, knowledge of Italian is advantageous
- Dealing with MS-Office
