In the Clinic and Polyclinic for Internal Medicine, we combine the inpatient with the outpatient assessment, treatment and care of patients with internistic diseases. With us, you work in a dynamic team of experienced colleagues who are happy to work for the well-being of our patients.

Their main tasks

• Preparation of service plans of our senior and assistant doctors: inside
• Coordination of absences and holidays of our assistant doctors
• Failure management
• Entrance and rotation management of the assistant doctors: inside
• Analysis and optimization of the operational planning processes in the PEP
• Active role in the upcoming introduction of Swisio
• General administrative tasks e.g. billing, reporting, etc.

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training or comparable training
• Experience in healthcare
• Further training HR assistant: in desirable
• PEP knowledge imperative, Swisio knowledge beneficial
• Interest in labour law issues
• Handling MS Office Programs
• Engaged, flexible and resilient personality with very fast comprehension
• High social skills, hands-on mentality and assertiveness
• German mind. at level C1
• Readiness to start work at 7 a.m.
