For the Department of Visceral and Transplantation Surgery, we are looking for an established personality.

Their main tasks

• Proactive and independent support of the medical profession in all administrative and organizational matters
• Organization of meetings and telephone conferences incl. Space Reservations and Catering
• Organisation of congresses and symposia
• Writing medical reports off dictation
• Reporting incl. Controlling
• Administrative assistance in preparing the office hours
• Administrative preparation case presentations kidney transplant/live kidney donation
• Fee and operating service controlling
• Processing of legal service requests
• Management of various lists and statistics
• Introduction of new employees to the KISIM (clinical and information system)
• General secretarial services incl. Triage
• Representation of other secretarial staff

Your profile

• Several years of experience as medical and/or hospital secretary:in
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German and English, as well as advantageous knowledge of French and or Italian
• Good PC user knowledge
• Flexibility, resilience and good knowledge of medical terminology
• Independent, flexible, team capable and reliable personality
