In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a social pedagogue in the care Magdalene 1 as of 01.01.2027 in the function of manager.
Tasks
- You support the care team with your socio-pedagogical expertise in everyday life and keep a cool head even in challenging situations
- They accompany children in their social, emotional and personal development and promote an appreciative cooperation
- They do the 85% workload 5 days a week and work in a 9-me team
- In the care and catering area you will be supported by a hoard management, 4 specialists care and 4 care assistants
Profile
- degree as a social pedagoguein FH or HFS; social worker in FH or HFS; Teaching diploma for the elementary school level, university degree with a major in social pedagogy, pedagogy or educational sciences (for applications with a foreign diploma / specialist card, a Swiss diploma recognition must be mandatory)
- Motivated, open and resilient personality with a positive human image
- Flexibility as well as very good team and communication skills
- Joy in dealing with people of different cultures and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation in the school team
- Professional experience in supplementary family care is beneficial

We are a large school community in Zurich-Nord with 18 schools. We derive our pedagogical attitude from the concept of New Authority and thus meet the daily challenges in everyday school life together and effectively.
Lunch / evening care Magdalene 1 belongs to the day school Apfelbaum in Zurich Glattal Up to 90 pupils of the kindergarten and 1st and 2nd grade are fed and cared for every day. Assistance is open from Monday to Friday from 11.55 a.m. to 6 p.m.
