For our hoarding at the Gabler School we are looking for reinforcement as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

Tasks

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible personality to support our team. They work from Monday to Friday in one or more of our five hoards, where children of different age groups are cared for. We attach great importance to teamwork and good cooperation with our employees. The exact working hours can be discussed in a personal conversation with the management.

Their tasks include

• Co-design of school support and ensuring day-to-day operations
• Accompaniment and promotion of students in social and school matters, e.g. in homework
• Contacts with parents
• Administrative and domestic work
• Collaboration in the holiday camp and on school-free days

Profile

• As a specialist you have a degree as a specialist / specialist care (EFZ) / child educator or an equivalent education
• In the case of a foreign diploma, a Swiss diploma recognition is mandatory.
• Professional experience in caring for children in the nurseries is advantageous
• Joy of active and close care of children
• Teamwork and flexibility
• Communication strength in dealing with the care team, teachers and domestic service team
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

About us

The school district Uto is one of 7 school districts in the city of Zurich and includes districts 2 and 3 with the districts Leimbach, Wollishofen, Enge, Friesenberg and Alt-Wiedikon.

The Gabler school is located in the preferred Enge district in the city of Zurich in the immediate vicinity of Lake Zurich, the Enge train station and the Rieterpark. Our school house has been run as a day school since the school year 25/26. 13 primary classes and 6 kindergartens are housed in the 150-year-old schoolhouse.
