- Degree (uni/FH) in public management, business administration, administrative sciences, business informatics or comparable discipline
- Initial professional experience in the areas of strategy, controlling, administrative development, digitalization or project management office (PMO)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in the structured preparation of complex issues
- Experience in preparing reports, presentations and decision-making bases for management bodies
- Independent, precise and reliable working method as well as very good written expressive ability
