At our location Allmend in Zurich Greencity (school district Uto) we search for 1. August 2026 or by appointment a school curative teacher for the kindergarten level 30% (8 lessons).
Tasks
- Class leadership in close cooperation with the class team
- Support of children in accordance with the goals defined in the SSG, the curriculum 21 and the empowerment-oriented support planning
- Preparation of funding planning, learning reports and certificates
- Cooperation with parents or guardians, speech therapists and psychomotor therapists, external specialists and specialists from the regular school
- Interdisciplinary cooperation in the team of HPS Allmend and, if necessary, topic-specific cooperation in working groups for the entire institution
Profile
- EDK-approved curative education with a focus on cognitive impairment or willingness to complete this part-time
- Experience in special education or willingness to familiarize yourself with topics such as supported communication, TEACCH and ASS
- Enjoyment in the promotion and support of children with cognitive and communicative impairments as well as challenges in impulse control
- Team-capable, motivated, resilient and creative personality with humor
- Readiness for professional leadership of the class team as well as for interdisciplinary cooperation

The Heil Pädagogschule der Stadt Zürich is a special day school for 4- to 15-year-old children with cognitive and/or multiple impairments. We provide a supportive environment for pupils who are taught in separate classes in different school buildings in the city of Zurich and focus on the interdisciplinary promotion of their strengths. Our teams at the various locations in the city of Zurich consist of school curative educators, teachers, social educators, specialists and assistants.
