- Support in day-to-day operations as well as strategic tasks and projects
- Coordination of the Swiss-wide scheduling and deployment planning of service technicians according to regional responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Support in day-to-day operations as well as strategic tasks and projects
- Coordination of the Swiss-wide scheduling and deployment planning of service technicians according to regional responsibilities
- Communication and correspondence with internal and external contacts, including interface management (shop fitters, electrical planners, project management)
- Independent distribution of tasks within the assistance and scheduling pool as well as processing incoming customer orders
- Taking on general administrative activities such as record keeping and management of office supplies requirements
- Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage Experience in scheduling
- ideally in the area of service technicians or willingness to train
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact Business fluent knowledge of German;
- Knowledge of French at a conversational level is desired What we offer
