Your new challenges
- Creation of repair offers according to service technicians
- Creating order confirmations and capturing customer orders
- Preparation of offer requests and orders from Schindler and third-party suppliers
- Maintenance and monitoring of repair orders in the system
- Clarification of technical details with suppliers and/or internal bodies based on existing documents
- Order control of repair contracts
- Support for further administrative tasks as required
Your ideal conditions
- Basic technical training with commercial training
- several years of professional experience, lift experience beneficial
- Very good knowledge of German
- In-depth MS Office knowledge, ideally SAP experience
- Teamwork, flexibility, service provider mentality
