- Management of inbound customer service (telephone and email) in a professional and efficient way
- Operational support to the Digital Marketing Manager
- Management and updating of company social channels Onboarding of new customers
- Execution of identification and regulatory compliance procedures (KYC / Anti-Money Laundering) Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian and German languages (spoken and written) – C1 level or higher Good knowledge of English Knowledge of French (plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in: customer support (preferably in fintech or digital services)
- Digital marketing Skills in digital marketing and familiarity with artificial intelligence tools Strong interest in the financial sector
- Excellent communication and relational skills Preferential requirements Knowledge of CRM software Skills in graphic design
