TASKS
- Carrying out reviews and checking requirements for verification/validation in international approval projects for rail vehicles (no testing).
- Support the Safety Manager with approvals for the approval process.
- Development of validation and verification plans for the projects.
- Assessing the compliance of the development process with European standards, including the assigned safety integrity levels.
- Accompaniment of type tests for detailed verification in verification and validation.
- Checking the correctness, consistency and appropriateness of test cases as well as tests and testing tools carried out.
- Ensuring that all validation and verification activities are carried out in accordance with relevant standards.
- Carrying out audits, inspections or reviews as required in various phases of the projects' life cycle PROFILE
- Completed technical studies and professional experience in the development of safety-relevant systems, ideally in the railway environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in the area of functional safety, safety engineering and relevant standardization (EN 50126, 50716, 50129, ISO 13849 or IEC 61508).
- High analytical skills, assertiveness and strong communication skills at all levels.
