Case Manager Process Accounting (m/f/d)
Winterthur or Zurich (Opfikon), 40 - 100%
This is what moves you
- You manage your own portfolio in the side book and accompany digital accounting processes
- Creditor and debtor invoices and credits are booked on time
- You maintain, vote and correct creditor and debtor accounts and keep all bookings clean
- Creditor invoices and reminders in digital inbox (D/F/I) you process efficiently and solution-oriented
- You take over the charge of individual bills to tenants
- As a contact person for internal and external stakeholders, you will answer accounting questions competently
- You support and advise real estate accounting, management and center management in financial processes
- Your reporting ensures transparency: You keep a pendant list of open/unprocessed cases

- You have completed a basic commercial education or are in training – ideally with experience in real estate management or accounting
- With MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) you know very well, and ideally you already have experience with specialist applications (e.g. Immo-ERP)
- An exact, structured and forward working method with a high service orientation distinguishes you
- You communicate stylishly in German, French and/or Italian are beneficial
