What to expect
- Advice and support of customers on the phone and customer reception
- Support of insurance advisors in arranging customer appointments
- Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments (sales support)
- Preparation of offers and applications in private and SME business
- General correspondence
What you bring to the table
- Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in the insurance industry is mandatory
- Willingness to undergo regular further training
- Service-oriented personality who enjoys dealing with customers
- Inside sales experience is an advantage
- Independent, precise and expeditious way of working
- Trustworthy, confident appearance as well as confident spoken and written knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
