Full description
The Security Department (SIA) ensures the security police and parts of the criminal police basic care and in this context ensures public safety and order in the city of Zurich around the clock. We are looking for professionals who can provide advice and assistance to people in difficult situations. Do you feel addressed?
Tasks
- Actively responding to the concerns, questions and needs of the population in accordance with the basic principles of citizen-oriented police work (only display/switch service)
- Acceptance and reporting of security and criminal police reports as well as investigation work including written interviews
- Telephone advice and information
- General in-house support work
Profile
- Completed police training and professional experience in the police service (fact officer* in uniform police)
- Initiative and communicative personality
- High personal responsibility and teamwork
- Exemplary behaviour
- Good knowledge of German and IT applications as well as experience with the POLIS report system (mandatory)
