You are the first point of contact for our patients and contribute significantly to a positive patient experience with your service-oriented and reliable way of working. In a varied working environment, you take responsibility for patient admission, scheduling and telephone consultation and support our team with your organizational talent. >The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients.
Tasks
- Friendly reception of the ambulatory patient: inside
- Cost-secure admission and master data maintenance of patients: inside in SAP
- Planning and coordination of patient appointments
- Operation of the telephone exchange, written contact with patients: inside, external service providers and internal contact persons: inside
- Depending on the suitability assumption of further administrative and organizational tasks such as performance controlling
Requirements
- Basic commercial education, training for MPA or equivalent education
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Good oral English skills, further foreign language skills beneficial
- Dealing with Microsoft Office
- Ability to think in a complex environment
- Resilient, reliable, service-oriented and team-capable personality
