The Department of Academic Services at ETH Zurich creates the basic administrative requirements for teaching, leads the school-wide processes of teaching operations and supports students, doctoral students and members of the faculty in all aspects of their studies.

Application process
- This includes the processing of applications of ETH students, as well as the close cooperation with the involved positions within the ETH – the academic services, the rectorate and the departments.
- They are also responsible for handling the financial processes, carry out budget planning and control, support the reporting and call management and compile the statistics of the mobility office.
- Your area of responsibility is complemented by coordination of personnel mobility and cross-sectional tasks in the team. Profile
- Commercial degree EFZ or university degree with a broad commercial basis.
- Professional experience in the administrative field and in the processing of financial processes. A high affinity for figures, finances and statistics is required.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is an advantage.
- Ideally, you have already worked in the higher education sector and you are happy and confident in an international environment.
- They enjoy working as part of a team and are actively and solution-oriented.
