Tasks

• Customer support in the 2nd level: You are the competent point of contact for complex customer concerns and work on them independently, solution-oriented and efficiently.
• Focus on customer satisfaction: With a lot of empathy and addressee-friendly written and telephone communication, you ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
• Analytical approach: You get to the bottom of the issue, make the necessary clarifications with the competent specialist bodies and develop the best possible solution.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: You are in regular exchange with points of sale, purchasing, payment, online shop, other internal departments and our partner DialogWorld.
• Quality and process optimization: You ensure seamless case documentation in the systems and provide valuable impulses for the continuous improvement of our processes.

Requirements

• Completed training in the retail trade or in the commercial sector, several years of professional experience is advantageous
• Resilient, flexible and communicative personality with high customer orientation as well as an exact and independent working method
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of French, English and Italian are advantageous
• Secure handling of MS Office, experience with customer service systems is a plus
• High sense of responsibility and pleasure in working together in a team
