- Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen zu Schadenfällen mehrheitlich telefonisch, jedoch auch in anderen Kanälen wie E-Mail, Kundenportal, etc.
- Mit einer kompetenten und lösungsorientierten Beratung in Schadenfällen sorgst du für zufriedene Kundinnen und Kunden.
- Du stellst die Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen sicher.
- Als Kundenberater:in bist du verantwortlich für die elektronische eingehende Post im Schadenmanagement und triagierst diese.
- Du führst vielfältige administrative Tätigkeiten zur Unterstützung des Schadenmanagements aus. Was du mitbringst
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung und/oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kundendialog oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Fundierte Erfahrung und Freude in der Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden, von Vorteil im Sozial- oder Privatversicherungsbereich, bringst du mit.
- Kundenorientiertes Handeln sowie eigenverantwortliches, flexibles und vernetztes Denken ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
- Du bist neugierig, IT-affin, entwickelst dich stetig weiter und arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Deutsch beherrschst du auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und bringst gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache mit.
