As a calculator: you are responsible for reliable calculations and convincing offers based on tenders and project documents and thus lay the foundation for economically successful projects.
In project controlling, you monitor costs, support project managers in the control and create reliable forecasts.
You carry out post-calculations and invoices in a structured manner and check the order preparation for completeness, conditions and compliance with the standards.
You assess incoming offers, compare services and conduct sovereign negotiations with different companies.

You bring that with you.

With your independent and reliable working method, you combine analytical, forward-looking thinking with organizational and negotiation skills and maintain an overview even in intensive phases.
You have completed basic training in the technical or commercial-financial area. Further training as a technician:in or construction guide:in or a comparable degree is available or you are ready to complete it.
You bring experience in procurement and project management. Ideally, you have practice in planning and execution as a site manager:in, construction manager:in or in a similar function.
You use very good IT knowledge in Microsoft 365 every day and ideally you bring experience with SAP.
