Du verfügst über fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Bahntechnik und im Bereich Sicherheit. Mehrere Jahre hast du nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller Baustellen mit komplexen Schnittstellen in der Bahntechnik.
Für diese Funktion setzen wir eine Weiterbildung oder ein Studium einem relevanten technischen Bereich (Bauingenieurwesen, Bahntechnik oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung) voraus oder alternativ mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauausführung im Gleisbau.
Die branchenspezifischen IT-Programme und digitalen Planungswerkzeuge sind dir bekannt.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift, Kenntnisse jeder weiteren Landessprache sind ein Plus.

You lead the planning, organization and implementation of complex roadway projects across all construction phases.
You ensure the technical feasibility of the railway engineering work and ensure the timely provision of all relevant resources.
You also control the construction processes on site, coordinate internal and external partners and immediately initiate corrective measures in the event of deviations.
You are responsible for checking the plausibility of the cost estimates, monitoring the cost development during construction and creating the final cost forecasts.
You are responsible for training new employees and promoting the transfer of knowledge within the team.
You are actively involved in the conceptual development of the departments and represent them in relevant committees.
