We are looking for someone by appointment for the exclusive Tertianum Park Residence with the public park restaurant in Meilen
Restoration specialist / restoration specialist EFZ 80-100%
Your tasks
- Jointly responsible for a competent service (board and à la carte service as well as banquets, events and buffets)
- Support in room service
- Proactive knowledge, advice and sales of the gastronomic offer
- Creating the mise en place
- Shared responsibility for efficient warehouse management
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and the HACCP concepts including various cleaning work
- Proper and professional organization of work within the service team
- Debt collection including daily closing
Your profile
- Training as a restoration specialist EFZ, service assistant / service assistant EFZ or several years of professional experience in an equivalent position
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and banquets
- A warm and humorous attitude
- Enjoy a variety of challenges
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German

Willingness to work in the evenings, on weekends, and at banquets
Co-responsible for competent service (pension, à la carte, banquets, events, and buffets) and support in room service
