For the restaurant Panorama of the Zürcher Kantonalbank we are looking for a service-oriented leader. As a host, you shape the guest culture of the ZKB and create the right setting for challenging encounters. With your familiarity with the Zurich business location and your feeling for guests, you inspire customers, customers and business partners at the highest level.

Mansioni

• You run the Panorama restaurant and, as a host, shape the guest culture at the highest level
• You ensure first-class service in the six exclusive private dining rooms and create the right setting for business encounters
• You inspire guests with professional service work such as flamebing, tranching and filleting directly at the table
• You lead, promote and develop your team and provide a motivating team spirit
• You are responsible for personnel and assignment planning as well as a smooth running of day-to-day business in cooperation with the management team of the ZKB staff restaurant.
• You ensure consistent compliance with quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
• You manage reservations, create offers and take on administrative tasks with high professionalism
• You work closely with the kitchen as well as internal stakeholders and actively support the division management

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional experience: in a similar function, preferably in the gourmet gastronomy or 5* hotel industry
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a restaurant specialist*
• Service-oriented host personality with a pronounced front presence and several years of management experience in the upscale gastronomy
• Strong quality awareness and a structured and responsible way of working
• Sovereign, well-groomed and representative appearance with excellent manners
• Passion for first-class hospitality and a keen sense of the needs of discerning guests
• Familiarity with the Zurich business location and its demanding environment
• A good repute required for this position
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process
