Canton of Zurich Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs Auditor (13 months) 100% The Zurich Public Prosecutor’s Office investigates crimes committed by adults in the Canton of Zurich. In our regional public prosecutors’ offices we regularly offer the possibility of auditors. These provide a comprehensive insight into the work as a public prosecutor or Prosecutor and enable an ideal practice entry into law enforcement. Job description
- Collaboration in a team with a prosecutor / prosecutor
- Clarification of legal issues and problems according to law, doctrine and jurisprudence
- Preparation and participation in hearings
- Preparation of decisions (penal order, dismissal order, indictment)
- Participation in the drafting of pleas and accompaniment of the prosecutor / prosecutor in court
