Role overview
For our Lausanne store, we are looking for an energetic, flexible and committed person immediately or by agreement.
This is a versatile retail position combining customer advice, sales and operational management.
You support customers, manage orders and contribute to the smooth running of the store, while processing customer requests in the back office.

Main responsibilities
- Supporting customers when collecting, ordering new goods and returning defective or unsuitable products
- Advising customers when purchasing products in all areas Entering and processing customer orders
- Supporting the team in store tasks: replenishing shelves, maintaining the showroom, processing goods transfers
- Working behind the scenes in customer service and handling customer requests Required
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience: preferably in the retail sector
- Professional experience, preferably in the retail sector
- In-depth knowledge and affinity for the fields of IT and consumer electronics Strong interest in our product range
- A considerate and professional sense of contact with customers in French and English, German is an asset
- Resistance to stress, flexibility, motivation and availability, including Saturdays, as well as an approachable imprint of empathy and kindness in decision-making
- Align actions and decisions with personal beliefs and values
