• Responsible for the national seed certification back office and organisational support of the seed testing laboratory
• Professional development and support of information systems for national seed certification and the accredited seed testing laboratory
• Risk assessment and quality assurance within the framework of seed certification as well as expert cooperation in the implementation of legal requirements and processes for practice
• Transfer of legal requirements and processes for practice
• Relationship building and exchange with national and international state and private partners
• Master’s degree in agronomy, environmental sciences, biology or equivalent discipline
• Good understanding of legal texts; ideally in-depth knowledge of the legal regulations for seed certification
• Affinity to IT systems as well as experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes
• Performance- and solution-oriented personality with teamwork and strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of two official languages and English in word and writing
