WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Are you seeking a role with scope for design and development opportunities? Then you've come to the right place! As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring efficient market development of Rheinmetall Air Defence products in the Middle East with the goal of achieving budgeted order intake and contribution margins. Your tasks include in particular:
- Building and maintaining personal contacts with customers and representatives to detect new projects, realize existing ones, and maintain the company and product image in the market
- Actively managing the market and implementing country-specific priority objectives
- Assessing the market and identifying projects with the greatest success potential
- Carrying out sales activities defined in the sales process, namely product presentations, demonstrations, and trials
- Advising customers on deployment, logistics, and combat effectiveness enhancements, as well as preparing sales documentation
- Preparing and conducting contract negotiations through to contract conclusion
- Deploying and leading representatives, consultants, and partners in the market
- Collaborating on the preparation of offers and contracts in cooperation with other Rheinmetall Air Defence business divisions
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Completed professional training and/or university degree, as well as business administration continuing education
- Preferably proven sales success in the Middle East and corresponding network in the security-critical environment
- Tactical and technical understanding in the field of ground-based air defense
- Military officer career desired - advantageously company commander (m/f/d) in ground-based air defense
- Secure handling of MS Office applications
- Professional demeanor, communication skills, and high intercultural competence
- Negotiation proficiency in German and English (additional languages advantageous)
- Flexibility for regular business travel abroad (travel activity 50-60%)
- Quick comprehension, negotiation skills, and strong implementation capability

Requirements
