In this diverse and pivotal role, you will assume technical responsibility for our Digital Asset Hub. You will ensure the platform operates stably and securely, manage our SaaS providers, and lead a cross-functional team in an agile environment. With your expertise in the DevOps environment, you will bring together technical and organizational requirements and actively help shape the further development of a forward-looking platform. In this way, you will make a direct contribution to the bank's transformation in the area of cryptocurrencies and Digital Assets and to the high quality of service for our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Managing the integration of new components and optimizing existing adapters, including monitoring the lifecycle of the technologies and tools used
- Ensuring the stable operation of our platform, including troubleshooting, certificate management, license management, as well as further developing and operating the associated CI/CD pipeline
- Managing collaboration with our SaaS provider and ensuring compliance with SLAs, including monitoring, reporting, escalation management, and leading service and operations meetings with a focus on continuously optimizing service quality
- Coordinating cross-functional and cross-company development and service teams, moderating Scrum events, removing impediments, and promoting self-organization within the team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to agile principles
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training
- At least 5 years' experience in IT service management, ideally in a regulated environment
- Solid knowledge of Linux, CI/CD, cloud and container technologies, network protocols, security, and application monitoring (e.g., Grafana), ideally complemented by knowledge of Python
- Experience with core banking solutions such as Avaloq and crypto custody solutions is a major plus
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies and Digital Assets, as well as a high level of service orientation and personal initiative
- You stand out through your strong communication skills and a pronounced servant leadership mindset
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
