You lead the HR Services department with a cross-location team and ensure efficient, service-oriented HR services along the employee lifecycle. You combine leadership, operational responsibility and further development, promote standards and develop your team.

Your tasks

• You will lead and develop our Switzerland-wide HR Service Team with around 30 employees in Urdorf, Ostermundigen and Bulle.
• As a contact person, you advise and support subsidiaries and their management in all payroll and HR administration topics.
• The unification and standardization of processes you actively drive forward.
• Together with your team, you will work on complex issues and implement the strategic and operational goals of HR Services.
• You lead and accompany projects for the optimization and digitalization of HR processes and systems.
• You will supervise and develop the HR systems (especially Abacus and SFEC) including master data management, interfaces and testing.
• You have overall responsibility for wage processing, wage accounting and all administrative HR processes.
• Your area of responsibility also includes the annual wage and bonus round, year-end work, personnel controlling and complex labour law issues.

You bring that with you

• Several years of experience in a versatile HR function as well as profound management experience.
• Higher HR training, ideally with eidg. HR specialist, further training as HR manager HF or comparable higher specialist training. Additional qualifications in payroll, labor law or HR management are beneficial.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law.
• Well-founded payroll experience as well as a very good understanding of the relevant processes, legal requirements and social security issues.
• Confident knowledge of German and French.
• High digital affinity and pleasure in the further development of HR processes, systems and structures.
• Strong communication strength, high empathy and a feeling for different stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented working methods as well as high process, quality and service understanding.
• Resilient, integrity and responsible personality with strong team orientation.
