You lead the Switzerland-wide HR Business Partner team of BKW Building Solutions and shape the cooperation with our companies. As part of the HR leadership team, you will continue to develop HR structures, accompany changes and advise management and management.
Your tasks
- You will lead, coach and develop the Switzerland-wide team of 9 HR Business Partners
- Together with your team, you will ensure an effective HR Business Partnering for the companies of BKW Building Solutions and further develop structures, processes and services.
- As a member of the HR management team, you help shape and implement the HR strategy of BKW Building Solutions
- Management and management advise you as a sparring partner: in strategic HR topics, organizational developments and questions about leadership culture
- Cross-divisional transformation projects, organizational changes as well as mergers and acquisitions, you control and accompany
- Central HR topics such as talent management and succession planning are developed in close cooperation with the business
