YOUR TASKS

• Operational management, support and further development of surgical maintenance, storage maintenance, instrument management and surgical support
• Ensuring a stable, efficient and patient-safe day-to-day operation in the operating room including management of bottlenecks and emergency situations
• Close control of interfaces with anesthesia, surgery, surgical planning and attending physicians
• Analysis, control and further development of relevant OP key figures
• Shared responsibility for the economic use of resources, personnel planning, budget compliance and sustainable personnel structure

Your profile

• Dipl. Specialist surgical technology HF or equivalent training in the nursing sector with specialist training OP
• Several years of professional and managerial experience, ideally in a comparable function in the surgical area of an acute hospital
• Experience in managing complex operational processes as well as in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of processes and key figures in the operating environment is an advantage
