Role overview

• As Head of Quality (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for our quality organization and consistently develop it further.
• You combine high quality standards with entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatism and speed.
• You see quality not just as a control authority, but as a strategic partner of the business - with the aim of identifying risks at an early stage, reducing complexity and continuously improving the performance of the entire organization.

• You will further develop our quality strategy and, together with management, set clear priorities for its implementation
• You lead and develop the quality organization and create an environment in which ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement are practiced
• They make quality measurable: With clear goals, meaningful KPIs and impact-oriented reporting, you create transparency and enable well-founded decisions
• You question existing processes and structures, identify potential for improvement and consistently promote pragmatic and sustainable solutions
• You ensure the further development of our quality management system as well as compliance with relevant standards, certifications and regulatory requirements
• You manage cross-departmental quality and improvement initiatives and ensure that findings result in concrete measures and measurable improvements
• As a central interface between management, engineering, production, project management and other areas, you bring together different perspectives and create viable solutions
• You strengthen a quality culture in which quality is not just the responsibility of the quality organization, but rather the joint responsibility of the entire company

• Completed technical, scientific or economic studies, ideally with a focus on quality management, production, technology or a comparable orientation
• Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management, preferably in a comparable industrial environment
• Profound experience in the development and implementation of quality strategies as well as in the further development of management systems and organizational structures
• Several years of leadership experience as well as proven experience in managing cross-departmental projects and change plans
• Very good knowledge of relevant quality standards and management systems, especially ISO 9001
• Knowledge of other relevant standards would be an advantage
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and prepare them in a management-friendly manner
• High communication and persuasive skills as well as a confident demeanor when dealing with management, management and different departments
• Strong change, implementation and conflict skills as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Very good German and business fluent English skills
