- As a central interface between management, engineering, production, project management and other areas, you bring together different perspectives and create viable solutions
- You strengthen a quality culture in which quality is not just the responsibility of the quality organization, but rather the joint responsibility of the entire company
- Completed technical, scientific or economic studies, ideally with a focus on quality management, production, technology or a comparable orientation
- Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management, preferably in a comparable industrial environment
- Profound experience in the development and implementation of quality strategies as well as in the further development of management systems and organizational structures
- Several years of leadership experience as well as proven experience in managing cross-departmental projects and change plans
- Very good knowledge of relevant quality standards and management systems, especially ISO 9001
- Knowledge of other relevant standards would be an advantage
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and prepare them in a management-friendly manner
- High communication and persuasive skills as well as a confident demeanor when dealing with management, management and different departments
- Strong change, implementation and conflict skills as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
- Very good German and business fluent English skills
