Exciting challenges await you

In this key role, you will lead the staff department Projects, Quality & Transformation with three employees, which will report directly to the CEO. You ensure that strategic goals and decisions become concrete results.

• You control the company-wide project portfolio and multi-project management. You coordinate the available project management resources and ensure professional management and implementation of the prioritized company projects. You manage selected projects yourself.
• You will lead and develop the department with the functions of quality and process management, portfolio and transformation management and patient service.
• You drive forward the digital and organizational transformation together with the specialist areas and accompany change projects from conception to sustainable implementation.
• You actively shape the further development of quality, process and risk management and promote a systematic and patient-oriented culture of improvement.
• You are responsible for document and contract management and ensure its professional development.
• You assume the role of data protection coordinator and ensure the coordination of data protection topics in cooperation with the responsible internal and external bodies.
• You prepare well-founded decision-making bases for the CEO and the management and provide user-friendly reporting for transparency about the progress, impact and challenge of the key corporate projects.

What sets you apart for the job

• University degree (university/FH), for example in business administration, health management, business informatics or a comparable discipline
• several years of experience in the management and management of complex, cross-divisional projects and change projects
• profound experience in multi-project or project portfolio management as well as a secure handling of contemporary project management methods and control instruments
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and the ability to combine diverse expertise into a powerful unit
• the ability to effectively lead, support and win joint goals for project leaders and interdisciplinary teams even without direct hierarchical authority
• Good understanding of transformation processes as well as organizational, process, quality and risk management
• Experience in healthcare or in a comparable complex and regulated organization is beneficial
• Knowledge of data protection or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with this topic
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with pragmatism, decision-making strength and a clear focus on impact and outcomes
• Convincing communication and moderation skills, as well as the ability to perform convincingly at different levels of leadership and expertise and achieve viable solutions
