- Develop and execute Shopping strategy in collaboration with other product leaders across the company, identifying key growth opportunities and driving innovation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the engaged landscape and emerging trends in retail, including the latest technologies and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with other teams across Google, including product, engineering, marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration with the overall business objectives.
- Inspire engineering teams to innovate, invent, implement and deploy complex software solutions, especially in regards to modernizing the architecture through Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cultivate leadership talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning and strategies for key talent in a fast growth, highly engaged economic environment.
