Tasks
- Main responsibility for all layouts released for implementation at Jumbo
- Leadership of a medium-sized team with seven employees as well as organization of team meetings, ticketing, layout module assignments and the layout room
- Project and interface coordination including coordination of the layout team in assortment change projects as well as close coordination with category management, shop fitting and suppliers
- Responsibility for maintaining the article change plan, ensuring a high layout quality and coordinating processes and priorities with internal partners, in particular the photo studio
- Continuous development of processes and systems around layout
Requirements
- Completed vocational apprenticeship with further training in retail, purchasing, category management or sales
- Several years of management experience, ideally in the retail trade in the areas of purchasing, category management or sales
- Sound experience in the field of layout
- Networked thinking as well as a winning and convincing appearance
- Ability to develop the team in layout and lead to high-quality, efficient solutions

Requirements
