Technical Integration Manager (80 - 100%)
Zurich | 80-100% (Working from home up 40%) | Reference 8294
Do you want to work at the intersection of banking services, technology and customer integration? Are you motivated to help banks, partners and internal teams bring secure and stable services into production? Then our SIX BBS team wants to hear from you. We are responsible for onboarding, technical integration and operational support for services such as debiX API, eBill, LSV, Debit and bLink. In this role, you will work closely with banks, customers, software partners, vendors and internal teams across Product, IT, Security, Compliance and Operations. Your focus will be on technical integrations, customer onboarding, testing, go-live preparation, second-level support and a structured handover into regular operations. This is a central interface role between customers, technology and operations, rather than a pure project management, product owner or software engineering role.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate technical integration projects for debiX API and other BBS services such as eBill, Debit and ATM, from initial alignment through go-live and handover to operations.
- Act as the central contact for banks, customers, software partners, vendors, IT partners and internal teams during onboarding, testing, acceptance and production preparation.
- Clarify business, technical and operational requirements for API-based integrations, customer connections, certificates, environments and support processes.
- Support test preparation and execution, issue analysis, customer acceptance, go-live activities, hypercare and the transition into regular operations.
- Provide second-level support for customer requests, interface topics, certificates, integration issues and production-related incidents.
What You Bring
- Experience in technical customer integration, API integration, partner onboarding, service integration or technical project coordination, ideally in banking, payments or another regulated environment.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, XML, JSON, authentication, certificates, mutual TLS, OAuth or comparable security and interface topics.
- Experience with testing, acceptance, go-live preparation, incident handling, second-level support, service management and operational handover.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to banks, customers, business teams, IT partners and vendors.
- Structured, pragmatic and reliable working style with a strong customer focus; fluent German and English, French or Italian is an advantage.

Questions about this listing
What salary does SIX Group offer for this role?
The original listing does not state a salary. Our estimate for this role and sector in Zürich is CHF 113'500 - 172'000 gross per year — an estimate, not a figure communicated by SIX Group. The calculator on this site converts a gross salary into your actual net take-home once cross-border tax and social contributions are applied.
Is this a full-time role, and what type of contract does SIX Group offer?
This listing is a full-time position. The contract type shown here comes directly from the employer's original posting; always confirm exact hours, notice period and probation length with SIX Group during the application process, since these details can vary by role even within the same contract category.
Do I need a cross-border work permit for a role in Zürich?
EU/EFTA residents living in the border zone of the country adjoining Canton Zürich can apply for a G permit; the Swiss employer files it with that canton's migration office after the contract is signed. Border-zone rules and processing times vary by neighbouring country and canton, so confirm the specifics with Zürich's cantonal migration office or with HR during the application.
How do I apply for this position at SIX Group?
