80% - 100% | People & Culture | Zurich | Experienced professionals In our HR area, you actively shape the digital transformation of the Zürcher Kantonalbank. You work closely with different HR teams and departments and ensure that projects are structured, implemented effectively and in line with our strategy. With your focus on consulting and analysis, you prepare the basis for decision-making for management bodies and combine project management competence with a clear focus on the impact, efficiency and control capability of our bank as a close employer in the canton of Zurich. Your tasks

• Structuring, planning and controlling complex, cross-divisional projects and initiatives with management relevance
• Take on a coordinating role similar to a chief-of-staff role, including preparation, monitoring and follow-up of decisions
• Control and monitor different initiatives in the sense of coordinated program management
• Creating management presentations, decision templates and management reports with a clear, addressable storyline
• Acting as a sparring partner in substantive questions on topics along the employee lifecycle and HR-IT
• Analyze, optimize and digitize HR processes as well as identify and implement HR-specific AI use cases
• Collaborate with different HR teams to develop and present data-based recommendations
• Preparation and presentation of meaningful HR reports to optimize HR and banking performance

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, psychology, personnel management or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience in project or program management in a management consultancy, in a chief-of-staff-like function or in a strategic environment, ideally in the financial industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and identify dependencies
• Very strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as pleasure in structuring complex issues and preparing them based on data
• You convince with a clear, addressable communication, a secure appearance and a professional stakeholder management
• Very good skills in creating concise management documents with a tailor-made storyline that support decisions in a targeted manner
• High initiative, teamwork and a structured, solution-oriented working method round off your profile
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Other languages are a plus
