For our bridge construction in the Special Competence Team we are looking for a dedicated project manager teaching scaffolding and bridge construction (m/f/d). Your place of employment is our headquarters in Opfikon.
You move that
- Independent offer processing of teaching scaffolding offers and acquisition of teaching scaffolding contracts
- Project management in work preparation and execution of teaching scaffolding or auxiliary bridges
- Interface planning and coordination of various trades, subcontractors and project participants
- Enforcement of occupational safety and quality management
- Responsibility for Profit + Lost of own projects
- Resource and deployment planning with securing deadlines
- Personnel management (construction manager, polisher & GWP) on projects
- Cooperation with local partners, subcontractors, suppliers, planners and authorities
- Competent contact for builders and business partners and employees
- Supplementary management, independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
- Supervision of contract management
- Financial and technical project controlling

- Completed structural training (civil engineer, master builder, construction manager)
- Experience in planning and execution in teaching scaffolding
- Basic understanding of statics and steel construction
- Comprehensive knowledge in the construction industry as project manager / construction manager
- Major project experience and references in infrastructure construction
- Leadership experience and strong social skills
- Negotiation skills with a commercial focus
- Team spirit
- Customer proximity and customer-oriented thinking with strong practical relevance
- Analytical and communicative skills, number flair and networked thinking and acting
- High sense of responsibility, independent working methods and resilience
- Very good knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, Thilos of advantage, industry software such as Ababau / Baubit / SORBA / SAP
