These are your tasks
- Planning and realization of projects of different sizes, from the study to the handover to the building estate
- Self-employed management of projects according to dates/costs/qualitä
- Support of planners and junior project managers:inside
- Close cooperation with other departments of the A+W Group
- Leading project teams
- Possibility of taking over spatial coordination in the projects You will be able to contribute
- Successful apprenticeship as a building engineering planner: in EFZ with specialization in heating/ventilation/cold/sanitary
- Training as a technician:in
HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
- Some years of professional experience
- Experience in the planning and implementation of plants
- Enthusiasm in concept creation and large projects
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CAD - Nova.
Revit knowledge desirable
- Good German skills (oral and written)
- Ability to be enthusiastic and happy with teamwork
- Joy of demanding work
- Ready to be deployed even in hectic situations
