For our client, we are looking for a strong professional personality as mandate manager: in Treuhand. In this central role, you take over the professional management of mandates and support the management of a mandate portfolio in close cooperation with internal contact persons. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for you!
This is your job
- Mandate management: Professional management and processing of trust mandates for SMEs, start-ups and individual companies.
- Finance: management of financial and payroll accounts and preparation of interim and annual accounts.
- Tax & VAT: Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons as well as the preparation of VAT billing and consulting.
- Consulting & Support: Professional support for business, financial and tax issues.
- Interface: coordination and cooperation with internal contacts, authorities, auditors and external partners.
- Innovation: Active participation in the further development of internal processes and digitalization.
This is what you bring with you
- Training: Completed basic commercial training with further training in the escrow sector (Trustee: in a federal certificate or in training beneficial).
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in trust and absolutely certain in the preparation of interim and annual accounts according to OR.
- Expertise: Very good knowledge of accounting, tax law and VAT as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
- IT skills: Secure handling of common escrow and accounting software – especially Abacus – and MS Office.
- Working method & language: Independent, structured and reliable working method with high quality standards, pronounced numerical affinity and stylish knowledge of German (other languages are advantageous).
