- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IPS team as well as targeted further development of employees
- Responsibility for the definition, implementation and continuous optimization of IPS concepts according to the international standards ASD/AIA S-Series (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L)
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS), ideally in defence or aviation
- Sound knowledge of ASD specifications (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L) and experience with LSA and RAMS analyses
Main responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IPS team as well as targeted further development of employees
- Responsibility for the definition, implementation and continuous optimization of IPS concepts according to the international standards ASD/AIA S-Series (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L)
- Ensuring operational readiness (operational readiness) and integrated product support over the entire system life cycle
- Elevation of IPS requirements in supply, bid and development phases taking into account technical and economic aspects
- Consultation and support of international military and government customers as well as development of customized support concepts
- Control and coordination of cooperation with internal and external support
- Continual development and optimization of the scope of lifecycle and of lifecycle training Eligibility of life and of life
Key requirements
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS), ideally in defence or aviation
- Sound knowledge of ASD specifications (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L) and experience with LSA and RAMS analyses
- Demonstrable success in leading interdisciplinary technical teams
- Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level)
- Clean security clearance (background check) mandatory for this position
