Your tasks in detail
- Professional and disciplinary management of the IPS team as well as targeted further development of employees
- Responsibility for defining, implementing and continuously optimizing the IPS concepts according to the international standards ASD/AIA S-Series (S1000D, S2000M, S 3000L)
- Ensure operational readiness and the integrated product support throughout the system lifecycle
- anchoring the IPS requirements in supply, bid and development phases taking into account technical and economic aspects
- Advice and support
Support for international military and government customers and development of tailor-made support concepts
- Control and coordination of cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Continuous development and optimization of IPS processes and tools while ensuring high system availability and optimization of life cycle costs (LCC) WHAT YOU MITTING IS

- Detection of successes in the management of interdisciplinary, technical teams
- Negotiable German and English skills (min.

Requirements
At least 5–7 years of experience in Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS), ideally in defence or aviation
