For our Zurich region, the unit «Baumeister Neubau» within the Buildings division, we are looking for you as a construction guide (m/f/d).
Tasks
What tasks await you as a construction guide for the new building Opfikon (m/f/d)?
- Independent management of several parallel construction sites
- Resource planning and use
- Personnel and technical management of the construction site teams including implementation of occupational safety measures and quality assurance
- Work preparation, construction schedule
- Measuring, profitable billing of construction sites incl. Acceptance of guarantees
- Contact person for builders, business partners and employees
- Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
- Implementation of project controlling
Requirements
What requirements do you bring with you as a construction guide new building Opfikon (m/f/d)?
- Completed training in the building industry with further training as a dipl. Construction manager, technician, HF or similar
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the realization of building construction projects, preferably new buildings
- In-depth knowledge in construction site organisation, construction schedule planning and cost and scheduling management
- Independent, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented working method with high team and customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
