For our internal sales service Customer Care of the brand Richner with location in Winterthur we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement a strong and communicative personality.

Your responsibilities include

• As team leader, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of 8 people

• Central to this function is the responsibility for a smooth running of day-to-day business and ensuring reliable and efficient handling of customer concerns.

• In doing so, you coach and support your team in day-to-day operations and empower your employees to competently process order processing from creation to delivery.

• You control the in-house service based on dashboards, coordinate the employee assignment and are responsible for achieving the defined KPIs.

• You make decisions and grant approvals as part of your competencies, conduct employee meetings and support your team with complex customer concerns

• You maintain a close cooperation with our field service and other internal interfaces

• Further administrative tasks, such as receiving orders, obtaining offers and tailor-made sketches from suppliers round off the field of activity.

Profile

If your heart beats faster in the task area described above and you bring the following skills, you are our desired candidate:

• You bring initial management experience in a comparable position and understand how to motivate, coach and develop employees

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of sanitary, building technology or interior design, ideally with commercial further education, or a commercial education with a technical background and a great affinity for interior design

• As a committed leader, you lead by example, give your team orientation and promote open, appreciative cooperation.

• You communicate clearly and appropriately, think customer-oriented and set high standards for the quality of work

• You are confident in dealing with the common MS Office programs and use key figures and dashboards to manage daily business

• You have very good knowledge of German in words and writing.

Requirements

• Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit und verstehst es, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, zu coachen und weiterzuentwickeln

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sanitär, Haustechnik oder Innenausbau, idealerweise mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung, oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund und grosser Affinität zum Innenausbau

• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und nutzt Kennzahlen und Dashboards zur Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts

• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
