For the newly created position in the business department of the management sector, we are looking for a committed and leadership-strong personality who inspires people, makes clear decisions and actively shapes change.
Tasks
- Technical and personnel management and further development of the subordinate management team
- Ensuring professional, customer-oriented and economic management of the assigned real estate portfolio of commercial and parking properties
- Support and implementation of change and optimization projects
- Support of the team in the care of demanding tenancy relationships as well as in negotiations with tenants and other internal and external stakeholders
- Investment and financial planning with budget responsibility for the team portfolio
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
Profile
- Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as further education in the real estate sector, ideally as a real estate manager with a federal professional certificate; further development is advantageous
- Multiple years of professional experience in the management of commercial real estate, solid technical understanding beneficial
- Many years of experience in entrepreneurial and human leadership
- Know-how in the optimization and further development of processes and organizations
- Empathic, communicative and assertive personality with high social, conflict and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented working method with pronounced cost awareness and business understanding
- Very good computer science user knowledge, especially MS Office, SAP and Abacus knowledge is an advantage
