Do you love to create events with heart and mind? Then you are exactly right with us! For our hotel and catering department in Triemli and Waid we are looking for 1. December 2026 or by appointment a dedicated, service-oriented leader who impresses with organizational talent and hosting skills.

Tasks

• You have overall responsibility for the planning, organisation, implementation and post-processing of all events at the Triemli and Waid locations
• You work closely and in partnership with the restoration as well as the kitchen and hotel sectors
• You organize and optimize the seminar and event offer in the field of hospitality and gastronomy and take over advice, sales and billing
• You ensure the technical infrastructure for events and coordinate the use of MS teams, AV systems and other event technology
• You are responsible for the event premises, reservations and general event setup
• You are jointly responsible for cost control, processes and the ongoing development of the event area
• You lead, plan and develop the event team and ensure a needs-based personnel deployment
• You personally support internal and external customers and organisers and provide professional support before, during and after the event
• You coordinate cooperation with internal bodies and external service providers, especially in the areas of cleaning, repairs and technical facilities
• You organize and provide training for employees on the use of MS teams, AV facilities and other technical systems
• If necessary, you also work on weekends and holidays

Profile

• Completed training in gastronomy, hotel industry, event management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and practical experience in the event, banquet, catering or event environment
• Independent, solution-oriented and resilient personality with entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of initiative
• Leadership experience as well as strong organizational, coordination and planning competence
• High service and customer orientation, professional appearance and strong communication
• Safe handling of seminar and event technology as well as digital tools and technical systems
• Practiced in dealing with MS Office and MS teams
• Willingness to work flexible hours, especially in the evening, weekends and public holidays
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, English is an advantage
