Between Zurich and Geneva, the responsibility for a large HVAC plant portfolio lies with you – including team leadership and the focus on reliable and efficient operation.
Tasks
- You are responsible for a large HVAC portfolio between Zurich and Geneva.
- You will lead a team of 6-9 maintenance technicians, coordinate and monitor operations and maintenance work.
- A reliable supply of our customers is important to you and for customers you are the contact person for inquiries.
- You ensure compliance with the contracts and the efficiency of the assets within your team.
- Quality is your top priority – regular reporting is a matter of course and you implement our standards.
Profile
- You have already successfully led employees, are strong at implementation and have a good knowledge of German and French.
- You bring several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
- The building technical expertise is complemented by business and management-specific competencies.
- Even in hectic moments you keep the overview.
- Strategic thinking and experience in economical and efficient management round off your profile.
