For Tax I we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

• You take over the personnel and professional management of a team of nine employees and are responsible for ensuring the qualitative and quantitative work done with regard to tax emoluments, assessments and tax return procedures, including deregistrations abroad.
• They plan the assignments of the employees and, if necessary, organize deputies for the customer zone together with the team management of the Services team.
• They independently conduct team meetings and actively participate in team leader meetings.
• They support the head of department in his management tasks.
• You actively contribute to the strategic development of the area, are involved in cross-departmental projects and take responsibility for the promotion and development of your directly subordinate employees.

Profile

• We address people with a university degree or equivalent education and / or work experience as well as in-depth knowledge in Zurich taxation. You have preferably appropriated these at a municipal tax office.
• Leadership and project experience are of great advantage, but not a condition.
• They convince through communication skills, performance skills and the ability to act calmly, solution-oriented and determined even in demanding situations.
• They have team and integration skills, sensitivity to people and situations, and an open communication style.
• They strive to develop themselves and their team personally and professionally and to promote the development of the tax specialists.
• In addition to your flair for numbers, you can express yourself in German both verbally and in writing.
• Your strengths include commitment, perseverance, independence and the ability to think beyond your own area of responsibility. A conscious time and self-management is a matter of course for you. In addition, you are characterized by a high willingness and openness to change in order to react flexibly and proactively to challenges.
